The Cours Jonville is located in the Boscq Valley in Granville. The river that defines it runs parallel to the coastline and flows into the harbor, below the ramparts facing the sea. This planted avenue is perceived as the heart of the town center, characterized by the presence of shops and services.

The ambition of this development is to bring Cours Jonville into the present while preserving the richness of the activities that animate it: its market, its carnival, and its café terraces.

The project highlights the presence of the river. The pavements are made porous to allow rainwater infiltration, with plants seeded in the joints. New trees in groves provide a strong sense of nature, creating comfortable shade and mitigating the wind. This vegetation is placed on a granite surface that follows the valley's contours, giving a clear sense of the site's origins.
