The neighborhood is now organized around a large central park, bordered by a school, shops, and residences.

This park permeates the area, offering various forms of nature, from cultivated gardens to more natural spaces. Its materiality—both vegetative and mineral—extends to adjacent public spaces and shared residential areas, creating a unified aesthetic that fosters the feeling of living within the park. The neighborhood thus reconnects with the ideal of the garden city.
