The project is located at the edge of the city, on the border of a vast agricultural landscape. This headquarters is one of the components of the Massy-Europe eco-district: an innovative, ambitious, and demanding business park in terms of sustainability, landscaping quality, and architecture, combining business premises with office buildings.

The aim of this development is to create a livable landscape for the employees of this construction company, a space open to all, where one can relax and exchange ideas.

The garden is designed as a lush green space, allowing nature to infiltrate everywhere. A small forest is planted to give a sense of nature, as well as providing shade and cooling. This open space functions as both a relaxation and contemplation area, an outdoor meeting room, a cafeteria, and a place offering a panoramic view from the offices.
