Saint-Père ParkLagny-sur-Marne (77)

Project Description

The Saint-Père Park in Lagny-sur-Marne showcases the river's main channel, its ecosystems, landscape textures, and water variations. It also reveals the Bicheret stream, notably through the creation of a footbridge.

Its unique design, delicate and precise, works in harmony with a rewilded nature, reactivating the dynamics of water and its ecosystems.

The reuse of all materials on site reflects a strong ecological commitment. Waste becomes a resource, offering opportunities to create new habitats. Branches arranged in mounds become nests, piles of wood form new boundaries and provide shelter for small wildlife. Educational panels explain these renaturation measures to residents and visitors.
