A former industrial site has been transformed into a park at the heart of the neighborhood.

This garden features a large, wooded grove, centered around an expansive lawn resembling a clearing—a free and adaptable space. Surrounding this open area are various amenities, such as children’s play areas and a community garden. This new everyday space, equipped with a stage sheltered by a canopy, also serves as a venue for events and gatherings. A wide, shaded pathway provides a new route through the area and improves access to nearby schools. The vegetable garden, located at the square’s entrance, showcases a vibrant palette of colors as a tribute to the paint factory that once occupied the site.
