Anchored in the richness of the existing landscapes, the Agricultural Park of Torcy reinvents the connection between nature, agriculture, and territory. Drawing on wetlands and woodlands, it features a large promenade connected to the surrounding landscapes, offering continuity towards the recreational area to the north of Vaires-sur-Marne.

This project offers a mosaic of spaces and atmospheres: clearings and meadows where light plays with the foliage, a large orchard that serves as both a nourishing and scenic space, a farm at the entrance of the site that functions as a vegetable production area, a teaching space, and a point of sale for local products, an innovative hydraulic system with basins designed to support vegetable farming and enhance biodiversity, and picking gardens where everyone can rediscover the joy of harvests throughout the seasons.

Through this diversity of ecosystems and uses, the Agricultural Park of Torcy becomes a true escape, where the rustling of leaves and the songs of birds offer a total sensory immersion. A place of nature and production, designed for the well-being of residents and environmental respect.
