Urban regeneration of the Noreux, Pasteur, Blancs-Chandins and Villetaneuse streets and creation of a public garden.

The commission consisted in refurbishing the streets and creating a public garden.
The basin is treated like a public space, a square where terraces are liable to flooding. Thus decadal rainfalls are real events. This area offers framed views over Paris and the Sacré Coeur basilica.
The hornbeams alignments match with those of the high-school square, south of the railway. The presence of this infrastructure is therefore being reduced.
