The vertical movements of the river and the landscape have shaped the site conditions that enabled the establishment of the city.
The structures tell us about the adaptation to the surroundings. The enlightment over these structures is a great help to drive this fast expanding agglomeration planning.
This relation to site and landscape creates programming conditions and establishment typologies, which should be different when the city is stable, fluctuant and growing.
A specific reflection is lead over the river front, the forest front, the stable and changing borders between city and landscape.
